Contingency Planning
CLS has developed its own contingency plans to guarantee uninterrupted operations and fast recovery in the event of an incident.
These plans cover every technical aspect of the infrastructure, including two parallel-functioning data centers that ensure full redundancy.
Fully Redundant Data Centers
Both Tier-3 certified data centers are equipped with identical systems—from storage network connections to application-hosting servers.
CLS prioritizes service reliability and continuity through structured processes and procedures, including data recovery, inbound and outbound communications, workspace management, and more.


High-Level Security
Our two data centers are housed in access-restricted buildings, protected by individual access badges. Inside, only a limited number of authorized personnel—including IT and operations teams—have physical access.
Additional biometric controls secure both the data centers and our operations center: first-level badge control at building entry, and, restricted zones secured by dual electronic badge access systems.
