Role of the Mission Committee
The Mission Committee meets several times a year to oversee the practical implementation of our purpose as defined in our company bylaws. Its role goes far beyond tracking performance indicators. The committee contributes to strategic thinking, challenges key business decisions, and ensures alignment between our actions and our stated mission.
Each year, the committee publishes a report that is reviewed by an Independent Third Party. The most recent audit was conducted by Ethics Group. The audit report is available here.
