Our CSR Approach: Ethics

01
Fighting Corruption
CLS is implementing a step-by-step compliance program in accordance with the French Sapin II law, ensuring clean, transparent business and institutional relationships while mitigating reputational and legal risks.
Operating in countries identified as high-risk by organizations like Transparency International, and serving many public and international clients, CLS requires a clearly defined compliance framework to guard against corruption.
Responsible Supplier Selection
CLS enforces a strict supplier selection policy to ensure project success and product/service quality.
This strategic priority is addressed using an objective evaluation tool that includes CSR criteria. CLS also promotes its Responsible Purchasing Charter, outlining mutual commitments and shared values.

03
Information Systems Security
CLS’s products and services rely heavily on its information system, particularly its ability to manage vast and diverse data sets. To maintain long-term trust with users, clients, and employees, cybersecurity is a top priority.
Our long-term strategy focuses on three pillars:
- Embedding security into our services (backed by ISO 27001 certification)
- Building resilience to cyber threats by improving maturity and reducing risk
- Securing CLS’s digital assets and connections as part of our digital transformation
Personal Data Protection
Personal data protection has become a core concern since the GDPR came into force.
CLS is fully committed to securing all personal data processing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and requiring the same from its partners.
