CLS has set up an “onboarding” program to support employees from their very first day with the company. During the first few months on the job, employees learn about the company and acquire the “in-house” skills and knowledge they need to run smoothly. Processes and procedures, as well as company life, are just some of the skills that all our resource people will be delighted to pass on to our new team members.
