Since 2016, CLS has published an annual Non-Financial Performance Statement, also known as a Communication on Progress. This CSR report highlights the Group\u2019s commitments to sustainable development, ethics, human rights, anti-corruption, environmental performance, and social responsibility.<\/p>\n
The 2024 report outlines CLS\u2019s policies on material non-financial issues and includes a set of performance indicators tracked over time. These are tied to SMART objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound), enabling transparent and effective monitoring of our CSR actions.<\/p>\n
Although CLS is not subject to this regulatory requirement, we have chosen, for several years now, to submit our report to an independent third-party verification. This audit ensures the reliability and accuracy of the information disclosed.<\/p>\n
The annual publication of this statement allows our stakeholders\u2014employees, partners, clients, and institutions\u2014to track the evolution of our practices and results in terms of ESG performance (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and to gain insight into our medium- and long-term ambitions.<\/p>\n
The report is now available in French and English.<\/p>\n
