Following this, <a href=\"https:\/\/cnes.fr\/en\/antoine-seillan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Antoine Seillan<\/a>, CNES\u2019s current Chief Financial officer has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CLS. In his letter of resignation from CLS\u2019s board, Jo\u00ebl Barre mentioned that <em>&#8220;he had enjoyed chairing the Supervisory Boards of CLS in recent years and thus participating in the good progress of the company.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Following the departure of Jo\u00ebl Barre, Lionel Suchet has been promoted at the post of Deputy CEO of CNES. He is replaced on the supervisory board of CLS by <a href=\"https:\/\/cnes.fr\/fr\/gilles-rabin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gilles Robin<\/a>, his successor at the Direction of Innovation of Applications and Science.<\/p>\n<p>On the ARDIAN side, Baudouin d&#8217;H\u00e9rouville also leaves our board and is replaced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ardian.com\/en\/dominique-gaillard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dominique Gaillard<\/a> as Vice-President of the CLS board, and the Head of the Direct Funds activities at Ardian.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome our new shareholder representatives and extend our warmest thanks to our former members for their support and confidence!<\/p>\n<p>These news give us the opportunity to do a focus on our supervisory board: The supervisory board of CLS is a non-executive body whose mission is to ensure the good running of our company.
